Customer Support Engineer (Chinese & English)

We are looking for a technical support specialist who will work with our customers from China, so his Chinese should be at a fairly good level for contacting with customers (e-mail, phone, chat). In addition, the candidate should speak English and Russian.

What you will do:
  • Providing the first line of support to the company’s customers
  • Reception of calls (e-mail, phone, chats), registration, authorization and routing of incoming requests
  • Self-management of problems or escalation of requests for the following levels of technical support
  • Advising (potential) customers on the technical issues of using the company’s products, attracting the attention of potential customers to the company’s products on topical sites
  • Analyze common incidents and write custom instructions
  • Transfer of solutions found to the knowledge base
  • Administration of users, granting access rights to the company’s systems
  • Reporting on processed appeals
Required Skills:
  • Fluent written and spoken Chinese
  • Written English at Intermediate level (entering into correspondence, being able to convey the essence of the problem, competently answer client’s questions; being able to read manuals with dictionary is not enough)
  • Knowledge of PC at the advanced user level, general technical literacy
  • Interest in information technology
  • Willingness to absorb large amounts of new information
  • Courtesy, competent speech, sincere readiness to help the client
Desired Skills:
  • Secondary vocational or higher technical education (especially in the field of information technology)
  • Experience in user support, HelpDesk, ServiceDesk, IT sphere
