We are looking for a customer support engineer who will work with our clients located all over the world. So you should be good at English, able to communicate with them by phone, in chat or via emails.

The position is promising and provides opportunities for professional growth both to technical support experts and to product management.

What you will do:
  • Deal with customer requests (by email, phone, chats): registration, escalating, reporting
  • Monitor the operation of systems, react promptly to alerts
  • Analyse common incidents, collect requirements for product improvements, create instructions for the knowledge base
  • Inform clients about maintenance and incidents
  • Get customer’s feedback on the quality of services
Required Skills:
  • Fluent Russian and English (Upper Intermediate or higher)
  • Experience in IT, Help Desk, Service Desk
  • Knowledge of web technologies
  • Politeness, sympathy, responsibility, desire to help customers.
Desired Skills:
  • Technical degree (IT area is preferable)
  • Experience in IT, Help Desk, Service Desk
  • Experience in writing technical documents, user guides, creating technical presentation materials
  • Understanding of the OSI model, TCP/IP protocols, DNS operation principles; commands: ping, nslookup, tracert, traceroute
  • Basic knowledge of network equipment: routers and switches
