Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for the most positive and caring technical support specialist to work with our clients around the world. This job is for you, if you speak German and English perfectly, know how to absorb unrealistically huge amounts of information, can quickly find and structure it, explain complex matters intelligibly and simply, like helping others and communicate a lot.

What you will do:
  • Processing requests from customers coming via tickets/mail/phone
  • Initial diagnosis of incidents and submitting necessary information to the next levels of technical support
  • Analysis of common incidents, gathering requirements for product improvement, and writing instructions for the knowledge base
  • Monitoring the operation of systems, rapid response to faults
  • Informing customers on the progress of work upon their appeals
  • Gathering customer feedback on service quality
Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of German (C1)
  • Knowledge of English (B2)
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in IT, Help Desk, Service Desk
  • Technical education (especially in the field of information technology)
  • Experience in writing technical documentation, user instructions
  • Basic knowledge of how network equipment works (routers, switches)
