G-Core Labs, a global web services provider headquartered in Luxembourg, is looking for a proactive, solution-oriented Group HR Manager to lead our G-Core HR Team focused on providing direct support and accountability to the business, acting as a service provider and strategic partner in all HR related needs. The ideal candidate should have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. He/she should be comfortable managing direct reports as well as personally onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. A candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement. Group HR Manager will proactively develop, guide and manage the overall provision of human resources services, policies, and programs for G-Core Labs globally.

What you will do:
  • Recruiting and staffing
  • Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training
  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • HR policies development and documentation (travel, absence, vacation, hiring, firing, compensation, benefits, etc.)
  • Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns
  • Developing corporate culture
  • Participating in global HR projects as an expert and/or coordinator
  • Building credible relationships with key management, business stakeholders and peers globally by combining commercial and HR expertise to add value to the business
  • HR project management and participation as assigned by G-Core Labs CFO/CEO
  • Development of Human Resources Department
  • Development and management of Human Resources Information System(s).
Required Skills:
  • University degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or any other related discipline
  • Three years or more of professional experience as HR Generalist (full HR processes cycle: acquisition, development, and retention of employees, compensation system, etc.)
  • HR experience in IT services / software development company and knowledge of related staffing requirements is a strong advantage
  • Leadership and management skills; ability to involve and inspire people to accomplish common goals
  • Ability to come up with well-grounded solutions and take decisions
  • Ability to build efficient partnerships
  • Fluent English and strong communication in Russian language is a must
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong skills in office and HR software products and applications
