Head of Sales Department (Russia & CIS Region)

What you will do:
  • Head of Sales for Russia and CIS region, responsible for a team of 2 Account Managers; 1 Senior + 1 Junior + 1 Business Development Manager (Senior)
  • Growing G‑Core Labs’ market share in the region by actively approaching prospects and turning them into G‑Core Labs customers
  • Ensuring that sales team updates HubSpot, G‑Core Labs CRM system; progression of deal pipeline development stages
  • Driving marketing and promotional programs to launch and position G‑Core Labs brand
  • Taking ownership of relationships and commitments with both potential and existing clients (cross-sell/upsell) and partners
  • Leading the sales team across multiple networking products including Hosting, Protection, CDN, Media Platform, Cloud
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role with training and mentoring skills
  • Solid business development and/or account management experience in the internet (online) hosting industry
  • Natural ability to work with prospects and customers, to find what they want, provide solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
  • Natural ability to work with internal teams, product managers and technical staff to ensure we deliver to the customers expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English (Fluent)
Desired Skills:
  • Background in the hosting/CDN/media and entertainment industry is desired
  • HubSpot CRM proficiency
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Proven ability to turn leads into deals
  • Ability to kick-start and develop long-term commercial relationships
  • Understanding of the competitive marketplace for the internet hosting industry and the major players (competitor landscape)
