HR Generalist

General & Administrative
What you will do:
  • Full personnel administration
  • Compensation and benefits management
  • Full level of recruitment process
  • Developing and managing job posting across all resources
  • Partnering with hiring managers and owning the recruiting process end to end
  • Onboarding of new employees in the office
  • Advising managers on people related issues; navigating and resolving employee relation issues
  • Performing other ad-hoc tasks provided by the direct manager
Required Skills:
  • At least 2 years of experience, preferably in a multinational company
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Psychology, Organisational Behavior
  • Strong knowledge of labour law
  • Knowledge of English (Upper-Intermediate)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good team player and communicator
  • Able to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment, with virtual/remote teams
  • Result driven, resilient and having can-do spirit
  • Open-minded, initiative and positive individual eager to learn and develop
