G-Core Labs - global web services provider headquartered in Luxembourg is looking to hire a proactive solution focused HR Manager/Business Partner for our G-Core HR Team, focused on providing direct support and accountability to the business, acting as a service provider and strategic partner in all HR-related needs.
What you will do:
HR Business Partner will proactively develop, guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for G-Core Group of companies. The major areas directed will be:
Building credible relationships with key management, business stakeholders and peers globally by combining commercial and HR expertise to add value to the business;
Recruiting and staffing;
Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training;
Compensation and benefits development, implementation and administration;
HR policies development and documentation (Travel, absence, vacation, hiring, firing, compensation, benefits, etc.);
Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns;
Harmonizing the corporate culture across different geographies and gob levels;
Participating in global HR projects as an expert and/or coordinator;
HR project management and participation as assigned by G-Core CFO/CEO;
Development of the Human Resources Department;
Development and management of a Human Resources Information System(s).
University Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or any other related discipline
Three years or more of professional experience as HR Generalist;
The full HR-processes cycle: acquisition, development, and retention of employees;
HC & Payroll planning;
Development & implementation of C&B policies;
HR experience in IT Services/SW development company and knowledge of IT/SW development staffing requirements is a strong advantage.
Leadership and management skills; the ability to involve and inspire people to accomplish common goals.
Ability to come up with well-grounded solutions and take decisions.
Ability to build efficient partnerships.
Fluent English and strong communication in Russian language is a must.
Strong presentation skills.
