HR Manager

General & Administrative

We are looking for a specialist who will organize and conduct personnel administration for the entire group of G-Core Labs companies (Russia, Belarus, Luxembourg, USA), develop and optimize operational HR processes, develop an infrastructure that ensures accessibility, safety and data transfer.

What you will do:
  • Conduct HR records keeping for a legal entity in Russian Federation (number of employees is about 150 people);
  • Supervise the work of the Management Company in terms of HR record management in Belarus;
  • Engage in registration of labor relations with employees located in Luxembourg and USA;
  • Develop internal policies, procedures and job descriptions;
  • Keep military records for a legal entity in Russia and supervise the processes related to work safety in Russia;
  • Participate in budgeting for C&B item, control payroll;
  • Maintain staffing and time sheets, provide data for various types of accruals to the financial department;
  • Issue VHI policies;
  • Participate in the formation of C&B policies;
  • Participate in projects to automate processes related to the area of ​​responsibility;
  • Collaborate with representatives of related functions of the operational unit (finance department, legal department, IT department);
  • Develop a system of analysis and monitoring by key metrics (dynamics of growth in headcount, turnover in sections of offices, regions, functions, etc., absenteeism, vacation balances, etc.);
  • Generate reporting;
  • Advise function managers and colleagues from the HR department on HR administration and labor law.
Required Skills:
  • Experience in a similar position from 5 years;
  • Excellent knowledge of the labor legislation of Russian Federation, tracking changes in legislation;
  • Confident PC user: knowledge of 1C, MS Office programs;
  • Willingness to perform routine tasks;
  • Knowledge of English (Intermediate);
  • Knowledge of the labor legislation of the Republic of Belarus will be your advantage.
