Inside Account Manager

What you will do:
  • Qualification, management or re-assigning of new inbound sales leads
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Updating HubSpot, G-Cores CRM system; Assigning qualified opportunities (above Euro 200 MRR) to the appropriate sales managers for further development and closure
  • Process online inquiries and update the CRM system to reflect the lead status for each prospect
Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of the hosting, CDN, Video, Cloud industries is a bonus
  • Ability to work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English & Russian (German advantageous but not required)
Desired Skills:
  • Proven inside sales & CRM experience
  • Strong administration skills and experience dealing with multiple inbound enquiries per day
  • Handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Advanced profiency working HubSpot.com (CRM)
