Inside Sales Manager

Minsk / Moscow / Perm

What you will do:
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and execution
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Updating HubSpot, G‑Core Labs’ CRM system; assigning qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Processing online inquiries and updatinng the CRM system to reflect the new status for each prospect
Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of the hosting industry
  • Ability to work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
  • Proven inside sales and CRM experience
  • Handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Advanced profiency working with HubSpot (CRM)
  • Strong administration skills and experience dealing with multiple inbound enquiries per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Russian (German advantageous but not required)
