Junior Support Specialist

Support & Maintenance
What you will do:
  • Processing requests from customers coming via tickets/mail/phone
  • Initial diagnosis of incidents and submitting necessary information to the next levels of technical support
  • Analysis of common incidents, gathering requirements for product improvement, and writing instructions for the knowledge base
  • Monitoring the operation of systems, rapid response to faults
  • Informing customers on the progress of work upon their appeals
  • Gathering customer feedback on service quality
Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of German (C1)
  • Knowledge of English (B2)
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in IT, Help Desk, Service Desk
  • Technical education (especially in the field of information technology)
  • Experience in writing technical documentation, user instructions
  • Basic knowledge of how network equipment works (routers, switches)
