QA Manager

QA Center

We are looking for a technical manager to build a new team from scratch for major international gaming projects. Primarily , we consider candidates who live in Perm or who are ready for frequent long-term tours of duty there.

What you will do:
  • Participating in the creation of a new QA/QC team of up to 100 people
  • Managing the department from the technological standpoint
  • Coordinating short-/long-term work plans with the customer
  • Analyzing and clarifying requirements with the customer
  • Creating test processes within QC center
  • Developing new test methodologies
  • Developing training courses for line specialists
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience working in QA
  • Experience building successful QA teams
  • 2+ years of experience managing QA department in gaming
  • Understanding the testing automation process and QA processes
  • Good communication skills, conflict resolution
  • Hiring experience: competency Interview
  • Experience in managing and coordinating projects, working at the junction of multiple teams
Desired Skills:
  • Customer-oriented thinking
  • Basic understanding of the company’s QA business model and readiness to take its features into consideration in the work
  • Experience in conducting regular reviews with subordinates
  • Knowledge of English (Intermediate and above)
