Technical Account Manager (The Americas & Canada)

In this role, you will be responsible for selling IaaS Products, Solutions and IT Services across the USA & Canadian territories. You will be able to work with prospects & customers, to find what they want, provide solutions and ensure a smooth sales process in an international IT G-Core Labs.

What you will do:
  • Responsible for selling G-Cores IaaS Products, Solutions and IT Services (across the USA & Canadian territories)
  • Growing G-Core‘s market share by actively approaching prospects & turning them into G-Core customers using technical knowledge & past experiences to provide the best solution(s)
  • Updating HubSpot, G-Cores CRM system; for deal pipeline development stages
  • Drive marketing and promotional programs to launch and position the G-Core brand in your region(s)
  • Take ownership of relationships and commitments with both potential and existing clients (technical account management)
  • Frequent attendance to Industry events (online & in-person when possible)
  • Ability to work with Product Managers & Pre-Sales (Technical & Commercial depts.)
Required Skills:
  • Experienced in the IT/Tech/Telco Industries with a focus on Hosting, Cloud, CDN, Video- Streaming/Media, Colocation & Connectivity
  • Relevant work experience in Sales &/or business development in the IT industry
  • 5+ years of business development / account management experience
  • A solid network of clients &/or contacts in (online) businesses that would be interested to work together or partnering with G-Core
  • Natural ability to work with prospects & customers, to find what they want, provide solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
  • Sales Pipeline review & management
  • CRM Reporting & Analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Spanish/French are desirable

  • Track record of turning test clients into customers
  • Ability to kick-start and develop long - term (commercial) relationships
  • Natural go-getter, presentable, articulate, educated & responsible
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively and willing to travel
