Technical Support Officer

We are looking for the most positive and caring technical support specialist to work with our customers around the world. Our vacancy is for you, if you are able to absorb unrealistically huge volumes of information, you can quickly search and structure it, intelligibly and simply explain complex matters, willing to help others and communicate a lot.

What you will do:
  • Processing customer requests coming via tickets/mail/phone
  • Conducting primary diagnosis of incidents and transferring necessary information to higher levels of technical support
  • Analyzing common incidents, collecting requirements to improve the product and write instructions for the knowledge base
  • Controlling the operation of systems, promptly responding to problems
  • Keeping clients informed on the progress of their appeals
  • Collecting customer feedback on the quality of services
Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of English (B2-C1)
  • Knowledge of German (B2-C1)
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in IT, Help Desk, Service Desk
  • Technical education (preferably in the field of information technology)
  • Experience in writing technical documentation, user guides
  • Basic knowledge of network equipment operation principles (routers, switches)
