HR Generalist

We are looking for an HR Buddy, who will work with the dedicated team within the company and act as the HR coordinator for employees on all HR issues, providing them with support and advice. Support for the implementation and optimization of HR projects, processes, policies, and procedures in all teams of the company (communication, workshops, feedback collection, etc.). Work closely with team leaders and HR team).

Das werden Sie tun:
  • Participate in hiring employees within the company
  • Ensure pre-onboarding of employees prior to the start date
  • Make sure everything (workplace, equipment, access, etc.) is ready for the first day of employee
  • Organize on-boarding, support and supervision of newcomers and employees
  • Upload employees’ information to systems and integrate newcomers into internal communication systems
  • Maintain HR records, if necessary
  • Get involved in budgeting and cost control
  • Provide reports for HR analytics
  • Build relationships with team members and line managers daily to monitor well-being and identify staff issues and concerns
  • Make sure that the specifics of the teams are considered when designing and implementing new talent initiatives
  • Implement and adapt global HR initiatives and projects locally
  • Collect feedback from teams
  • Provides adequate support to the employee throughout the employment life cycle, including termination
Benötigte Kenntnisse:
  • More than 3 years’ of experience in HR (in any area / areas: recruiting, adaptation, motivation, assessment, training, etc.)
  • Have at least 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist
  • The last 2 years of your professional activity have been associated with working in IT
  • Excellent knowledge of the European labour legislation
  • Knowledge of English & Russian (Upper-Intermediate)
