Senior Partner Manager

It’s a long-term full-time employment on a Senior position. In this role, you will represent G-Core Lab’s brand and lead relationships with key strategic partners. You will manage our partnerships, from development to launch, as well as manage existing partnerships. You will grow essential metrics through different partner programs, marketing, and new integrations. You will develop a highly self-sufficient team to work with partners on a daily basis to bring growth to the G-Core Labs company in Europe, US and CIS.

Das werden Sie tun:
  • Manage all aspects of partner growth: prioritization of strategic and financial assessment, negotiation of new projects, and ongoing partnerships
  • Manage success metrics and growth
  • Maintain direct relationships with partners, proactively resolving issues and creating value
  • Work with a broad range of team members in Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Legal, serving as an advocate for your partners while balancing Square's goals
  • Operate independently, being both an executor/visionary and Lead projects with internal and external teams
Benötigte Kenntnisse:
  • 3+ years strategic business, product and/or partnerships experience, preferably with experience managing business relationships and projects
  • Experience building and managing relationships with senior business leaders, both internally and externally
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various teams, managing projects at scale and delivering results
  • Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills in English
