Senior Partnership Manager

As a Senior Partner Manager, you’ll represent G-Core Lab’s brand and lead relationships with key strategic partners. You will manage our partnerships, from development to launch and ongoing partner management. You will grow these partnerships, meeting essential metrics through different partner programs, marketing, and new integrations. You have a good mix of skills including an ability to understand a variety of partnerships and their value propositions, to build and deepen partner relationships, and with both internal and external teams and a desire to increase the growth of the business.

Das werden Sie tun:
  • Manage all aspects of partner growth: prioritization of strategic and financial assessment and negotiation of new projects, and ongoing partner management
  • Manage success metrics and partner growth
  • Maintain direct relationships with partners, proactively resolving issues and creating value
  • Work with a broad range of team members in Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Legal, serving as an advocate for your partners while balancing Square's goals
  • Operate independently, being both an executor/visionary and Lead projects with internal and external teams
Benötigte Kenntnisse:
  • 3+ years strategic business, product and/or partnerships experience, preferably with experience managing business relationships and projects
  • Experience building and managing relationships with senior business leaders, both internally and externally
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various teams, managing projects at scale and delivering results
  • Advanced English level|

More experienced candidates should have a track record of delivering business results from major global enterprise partners. It’s a long-term full-time employment leading position for a Partner Manager who can develop a highly self-sufficient team to work with partners on a daily basis to bring growth to the G-Core Labs company in Europe, US and CIS.
