Insufficient funds

A transaction may be declined because of insufficient funds. Check and recharge your balance to make sure you have enough funds to complete the purchase.

A transaction is declined by a security system

A transaction is declined by a security system of your payment service.

Unfortunately, we can't help you with it.

Please contact the support team of your payment service provider to find out the reasons and fix the issue, or try another card/payment method.

A payment method is not supported by the provider for the selected currency

Be careful when choosing the currency of payment. You can check the provider you have selected in the upper-right corner or in the Information section of the control panel screen. 

  • For payments in EUR, the provider is G-core Labs.___________________.png
  • For payments in USD, the provider is G-Core Labs usd._____________________.png

Error on the side of Ayden processing (for bank cards, AMEX, WeChat and AliPay)

In some cases, issues may be on the Ayden processing side. 

Please contact us via the ticket system in ISP.

Go to "Support" → "Support tickets" → "Add".

To investigate, send us a screenshot of the transaction with the following data: payment date, transaction ID, payment amount, pfx.

 

Payment via bank transfer

On average, payments via bank transfer are processed within one week.

If the payment is not fulfilled (it has the "New" status longer than 1 week), there may be processing issues. To resolve it as soon as possible, contact our technical support.

Go to "Support" → "Support tickets" → "Add".
