There are not enough funds

Sometimes a transaction is declined because of insufficient funds. Check and recharge your balance to make sure you have enough to complete the purchase.

A transaction is declined by a security system

A transaction is declined by a security system of your payment service.

Please, contact the payment service provider support to find out the reasons and to get help or try another card/payment method.

The payment method is not supported by the provider for the selected currency.

Be careful when choosing the currency of payment.

The available payment methods for RUB transactions may differ from EUR and USD transactions payment methods.

You can check which provider is selected in the upper-right corner or in the Information section of the control panel screen.

Error on the Paymaster processing side

In some cases, issues may be on the processing side.

Please, write to us via the ticket system in ISP. 

Go to Support → Support tickets → Add.

For case investigating, send us a screenshot of the transaction with the following data: payment date, transaction id, payment amount, pfx.

Error on the side of Ayden processing (for bank cards, AMEX, WeChat and AliPay)

In some cases, issues may be on the Ayden processing side. 

Please, write to us via the ticket system in ISP.

Go to Support → Support tickets → Add.

For case investigating, send us a screenshot of the transaction with the following data: payment date, transaction id, payment amount, pfx.

 

Payment via bank transfer (for EUR, USD and RUB)

Payments via bank transfer are processed within one week on average.

If the payment is not credited (it is in the new status for more than 1 week), there may be processing issues. To resolve the issue as soon as possible, write to support.

Go to Support → Support tickets → Add.
